Welcome to Holyrood's Annual Scottish Digital Health & Care Awards, Scotland’s only event which celebrates excellence and innovation in the growing digital health and care sector.

The awards recognise the achievements of individuals and teams working in the health and social care sector, this creativity and innovation positions Scotland at the forefront of the digital revolution in healthcare, improving the lives of people across the country.

Held in 2019 at the Waldorf Astoria in Edinburgh, with views of Edinburgh Castle, this was the perfect setting to celebrate all the great examples of success from across health and care.

Our Guest of Honour, Jeane Freeman, Cabinet Secretary for Health & Sport gave an uplifting opening speech that highlighted the incredible effort that health and care providers put in to provide the highest quality care, Jeane also presented the awards to our Digital Leader and Digital Impact winners.

Pennie Taylor, Health Journalist and Broadcaster expertly hosted the awards, creating a great atmosphere and building the tension before the awards were announced. It was an excellent evening celebrating success and once again the informal networking gave colleagues from across the country to share stories and explore collaboration opportunities.
